happy monday

hello loveys. what a weekend! last week was a long one, and so will every single week from now on until we move in june.. hailyn started pt last thursday. she loved it and did a great job listening. she started speech therapy on friday and did NOT love it, nor did she listen AT ALL. from now on we have a MINIMUM of 7 appointments every week.. i dont know how im gunna handle all this. its so much! eric was off for presidents day today. i had PT this morning then we went to target for a few things and by the time i got home i was completly wiped out! im just soo tired all the time! it stinks. ive been cooking more fancy things this weekend. i always cook, i love cooking, but this weekend i went through my cookbooks & found some new things to add to my usual list of yums and i was very pleased with what i found!! =] yay. tonight will just be tacos, one of our usual's because im just too tired. i think tommorw ill make the fancy home made rolls ive been wanting to make.. ive had the recipe sitting on my counter for days!! we'll see.. how was all of your weekends? =]
