this is the movie about the two people chosen to be legal gaurdians for a baby after its orphaned when they're best friends die in car crash.. it looked freaking halarious! but it was actually really sad =[ there were plenty of funny parts but there were more gut wrenching "nooo what are you doing!" parts! and it was looong. it was 2 hours long which is about the longest i can possibley sit still without having my legs go numb or falling asleep. all in all id give it a 7 out of 10, because it was a great movie. just not as funny as id hoped for!!
now, my art journal pages.. after photographing them i hesitate to post them because you can clearly read my writing & some of it is personal. but they i figured, what the H, you guys are my friends, none of its THAT personal.. so fine. my point in doing this anyway is to show off the technique of art journaling so you guys can try it yourselves! i cant even tell you how fun it is, and its so easy! you dont need a bunch of materials! just a few mediums that you personally like using and away you go! im still extremely new to this, as in this is my first week trying it out, but im already in love. my fave. mediums so far are art gesso (in white) youll see that on the page about the love letters, i wrote on the page, then faded it with white gesso and wrote over it to give it texture. i like paint but that can be a pain. that requires set up and clean up so i dont use it was much. im finding that really, sharpies, crayons/colored pencils, and stickers/scrapbook tags are really my faves.
